We have a range of charcoals to fulfil every need. From long, clean-burning, 100% charcoal briquettes to super pure lumpwoods that burn clean and hot, to larger-size lumpwoods that add a balanced layer of flavour to your dishes. All are excellent quality and come from trusted suppliers across the world.

We supply Oak, Beech, Silver Birch, Cherry, Sweet Chestnut, Olive, Lemon, Whiskey Barrel, Hickory and many more different species of wood. From 25cm logs, to fist-size smoking chunks, and a range of different smoking chips, we will have what you need. Some species are only available in certain sizes (i.e. Orange wood is only available as a smoking chunk). All are sourced sustainably and logs are all Woodsure certified.

• London: Multiple van drops daily (Mon–Fri). If you need it before a certain time, we can make that work for you. We offer next working day delivery if we receive your order by midday.
• Nationwide: Next-day pallet delivery available, though 2–3 days notice is preferred, as next day is not guaranteed. -
Yes — all woods are sustainably sourced, kiln-dried, and Woodsure certified. Our DEFRA-approved charcoals are safe to use in smoke control zones.
