Charcoal Briquettes

Long-Burning 100% Wood Briquettes
Our range of charcoal briquettes is ideal for open grills and konro-style grills. They have the longest burn to get you through service, and produce no smoke or odour, so you have total control over your dish.
Other low-quality briquettes are made from charcoal dust and binding agents like potato starch, which result in a lower burn temperature and an undesirable aroma when burning.
We only supply charcoal briquettes that are made from 100% wood — nothing else. This is achieved by first producing a sawdust briquette at high pressure, which causes the lignin in the wood particles to naturally bind the briquette together. These are then cooked in charcoal kilns at high temperatures, resulting in a highly carbonised, consistent charcoal briquette that is favoured by chefs for its reliability, long burn times, and cost-effectiveness.

Premium Lumpwoods for Every Cooking Style.

We supply a wide range of single-species lumpwoods, carefully selected to suit different applications:
• Medium to large pieces – ideal for charcoal ovens, providing consistent service and great aroma.
• Super clean-burning lumpwood – perfect for kamado-style grills where purity is essential.
• Traditionally produced, large lumpwoods – ideal for open grills, with bold aroma and strong heat. Many chefs choose to mix briquettes with lumpwood, combining long burn times with aromatic flavour.

From long, clean-burning, 100% charcoal briquettes to super pure lumpwoods that burn clean and hot, to larger-size lumpwoods that add a balanced layer of flavour to your dishes. All are excellent quality and come from trusted suppliers across the world.
We supply Oak, Beech, Silver Birch, Cherry, Sweet Chestnut, Olive, Lemon, Whiskey Barrel, Hickory and many more different species of wood. From 25cm logs, to fist-size smoking chunks, and a range of different smoking chips, we will have what you need. Some species are only available in certain sizes (i.e. Orange wood is only available as a smoking chunk). All are sourced sustainably and logs are all Woodsure certified.
